I am so incredibly proud of my newest listing! It was a true family effort. Bill doing all the heavy lifting, Kyle giving us advice on HVAC, Ryan running the spreadsheets, Mitchell hauling stuff out and power washing anything that will stand still, Aubrie cleaning and scrubbing like her life depended on it, and Tyler throwing everything thing away and making sure everyone stays on task. Then there's of course me, washing floors over and over, picking out the selections, coordinating the staging and photos. I know I have the most fun part of the job :) It's so rewarding for everyone to look at this home and know we did it together.
Why Do I Flip Houses?
I grew up in a shabby house. My mom was a single mom and we didn't have two nickels to rub together, so we had to live with broken things in our home. I know this is why I truly enjoy bringing properties back to life. I'm not going to lie, when you first get the keys it's a little bit of "what have I done???" but then Bill and the kids kick it into gear and clear out the place. And once it's empty, it really starts to fall into shape.
